Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for audit services if a request is made within 14 days of the initial payment date and before the on-site assessment is scheduled. Once an assessment has been conducted, refunds are not available as the service has been rendered.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@purifyskeleton.world with your order information and reason for the refund request. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review and respond to your request.

3. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

4. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled audit at least 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund or credit toward a future service. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Report Modifications

If the final audit report contains errors or discrepancies that are material and verifiable, we will provide corrected information or supplementary analysis at no additional charge. Requests for modifications must be made within 30 days of report delivery.

6. Service Delivery Issues

If a service is not delivered as agreed or if there are significant issues with the assessment that cannot be resolved, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

7. No Refund for Recommendation Implementation

Refunds are not available for audit services based on dissatisfaction with recommendations or because recommended changes are expensive or difficult to implement. Our role is assessment and guidance, not guarantee of specific outcomes.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are non-refundable: (a) services already delivered; (b) client-requested cancellations less than 7 days before service date; (c) client dissatisfaction with recommendations or findings; (d) expenses incurred by the client based on recommendations.
